Dr. Kristyn comes to work every day in awe that she is finally able to have a career she is passionate about. Where every day, despite the trials of the job she leaves happy and proud. As most veterinarians, Kristyn always has had a passion for animals and science. However, it wasn’t until she found her dog Mica, who was more than a dog but a support system, motivator and the true inspiration to find her second career in veterinary medicine. Dr. Kristyn originally worked happily in the Grand Rapids service industry where she grew her culinary and wine knowledge and got to work daily with the community. Upon finishing school, Dr. Kristyn worked at a large practice in Grand Rapids where she developed an interest in emergency medicine, orthopedics and soft tissue surgery; though she will never forget her roots in shelter medicine. Dr. Kristyn recently moved to the Ann Arbor area and is excited to explore the area. She loves good food and beverage and enjoys traveling and riding horses. Kristyn lives with her beagle mix, Danny Tanner, as well as two friendly and playful long-haired cats, Ivan and Chibbz. Though dogs hold a special place in her heart, she loves working with her feline patients. Kristyn can’t wait to see all of your fur babies and tell them how much she loves them!.

Dr. Nick spent his childhood years in Canton, where he met his wife in 6th-grade band class at East Middle School. Next, he earned his degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan. Then he followed his love of animals and graduated from the Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. He had the pleasure of being mentored by previous GVH Doctors, Dr. Rogerson and Dr. Reale, from 2015-2017 and is excited to be coming back to Griffith! 

Dr. Naszradi enjoys hiking, family, spending time with animals, and a good laugh. His family includes his wife, Kristen, their human babies, Emma, Ben, Katherine, and Goldendoodle, Doc.

Having been an animal lover since age three, Antoinette joined the Griffith team in 1994. After starting as a receptionist, she knew veterinary technology would be her career choice. Keeping patients healthy and happy is her mission. She enjoys fun with family which includes her husband, son, and two rescue fur babies; a senior dog named Mr. Meyoki and a sassy cat named Julio.

Miranda started working for Griffith in 2018, right out of high school with no veterinary background. She has two dogs; a German Shepherd named Bear and a Belgian Malinois named Hazel. She also has a horse named Chance. She enjoys spending time with her fur babies and taking them on adventures with her. She also goes on trail rides with her horse in her free time. Since Miranda was a young girl, she always dreamed of working alongside animals.

Sue has been in the veterinary field since 2014, previously an EMT.She has been married since 2018 and her and her husband are raising their fur babies named Kyra (husky), Spice, and Arya (cats). In her spare time, she greatly enjoys nature photography and even has a camera tattoo! Sue enjoys learning hands on in a fast paced environment, which makes Vet Med the perfect fit for her!

Hannah recently graduated with her Bachelor of Biology and has been interested in veterinary medicine since she was young. In a few years, she hopes to attend veterinary school to specialize in large animal and exotic medicine. In her free time, you can find her at the gym or cuddling with her pig, George.

Amelia has been in the Veterinary Field since 2022 as a Veterinary Assistant and is currently enrolled in Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technician program; hoping to have her License within the next year and a half. Amelia loves animals and has 3 dogs (Kipper, Pongo and Chewbacca) and two cats (Mickey and Minnie). In her spare time she enjoys crafting, photography and listening to music. 

Jade started with Griffith in 2021 as a Veterinary Assistant. She is currently a student at Michigan State University, working towards her degree in zoology. She has a love for all animals and has worked in doggie daycares. In her free time, she enjoys swimming and cuddling with her two cats, Cleo and Kawhi.

Helen joined Griffith in 2022. Her career journey began as a High School Spanish teacher, but, after several years of teaching, she has decided to leave the world of secondary education and pursue her passion for animals. Helen grew up with cats and dogs all her life and is looking forward to channeling this life-long love into helping care for all the fur babies at GVH. When Helen isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring the great outdoors with her husband.
